The Caribbean has huge potential as a recruiting ground for Wycliffe missionaries. The Church is strong and growing. We speak several of the major languages that are stepping stones to the indigenous languages that need Bible translations. Most of all, we have capable, educated and Spirit-led Christians who, if properly recruited, will pose as a formidable force in the translation effort.

The challenges often lie in the area of finances. The channelling of resources into supporting missionaries at home and abroad is starting to gather momentum. In the meantime, other complementary fund-raising strategies are necessary to continue the work that the Lord has begun among us.
