Earl has a Bible college education. He was in secular employment for 17 years, and served as a pastor for 12 years. He was executive director of Wycliffe Caribbean for five years (1996-2001). He currently serves as an Associate Director with the responsibility to develop partnerships with churches and denominations throughout the region. He also serves in the main office as general manager.
Earl's motivating vision is to see the Church in the Caribbean carrying a fair share of the Great Commission mandate.

Joanne worked in government service for five years, and as a pastor's wife for twelve years.
She currently serves Wycliffe as a receptionist in the main office, and as editor of the Go with My Word magazine and the monthly newsletters.
Her motivating vision is to see the Lord's purposes fulfilled in the earth which much Caribbean involvement.

The Lees have two daughters, Carissa, currently attending secondary school, sitting CXC Exams in 2003, and desirous of pursuing a career in Art; and Cherise, currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science.
